meditative yoga practices | STRENGTH IN SOFTNESS
Ease and relaxation are the primary areas of focus in my yoga teachings. Through meditative yoga and relaxation practices, I help others feel more at home within themselves, steady the uneasiness of their minds, and live life with more clarity, compassion, and contentment. I bring my 500-hour Uplifted Yoga, Relax and Renew®, and Accessible Yoga training experience to my teachings to help others embody ease, embrace simplicity, and cultivate an unshakeable inner strength through softness.
Private yoga sessions are offered virtually on Zoom for 30 minutes, or in person for 30 or 60 minutes.
Sessions include yoga practices that focus on observation, reflection, and relaxation.
Your session can be in one or more of the following yoga styles:
Yin, Restorative, Hatha, or Chair Yoga.
NURTURE YOUR BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT.
