A PRINTABLE JOURNAL FOR RELAXATION & EASE

EXHALE is a printable e-journal that explores relaxation and ease through a variety of meditative practices.

As you progress through each of the five sections, this cumulative experience will invite you to go deeper into the meditative experience. Each section includes:

  • Opening remarks and guidance for your meditation.

  • Journaling prompts to facilitate reflection and introspection.

  • A positive affirmation to integrate these topics within yourself.

  • A custom hand-drawn coloring page to further focus and calm the mind.

PRIVATE YOGA

Private yoga sessions offered virtually on Zoom for 30 minutes or in person for 30 or 60 minutes.

Sessions include yoga practices that focus on observation, reflection, and relaxation.

 

Your session can be in one or more of the following yoga styles:

Yin, Restorative, Hatha, or Chair Yoga. 

 

STRENGTH IN SOFTNESS

After years of battling debilitating effects of high stress and anxiety, relaxation is now the name of the game for Sarah. Through meditative yoga and relaxation practices, Sarah helps others who have gotten lost in the daily grind to feel at home within themselves, steady the uneasiness of their minds, and live life with more clarity, compassion, and contentment. Sarah brings her Relax and Renew®, Accessible Yoga, and 500-hour Uplifted Yoga Teacher Training experiences to her teachings to help others embody ease, embrace simplicity, and cultivate an unshakeable inner strength through softness.
