Q: What is a private yoga class?
A: A private yoga class is a session where you practice yoga with an instructor outside of public classes. Private yoga classes provide a time for individualized instruction and attention. Classes can also be customized to focus on an area of interest.
Q: How long is a private yoga class?
A: Private classes are 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
Q: Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and props?
A: Due to COVID-19, you must bring your own mat and props.
Q: Do I need prior yoga experience?
A: No. Students with any level of experience can benefit from a private yoga class.
Q: How can I schedule a private yoga class?
A: Click "Book a Session" at the bottom of this page. If purchasing a 5 class package using online booking, please note that you will only be scheduling the first class. The rest of the classes will be scheduled offline with Sarah.
Q: Where will the class be held?
A: Classes are either held virtually via Zoom or in person at The Yoga Nest, 4590 Princeton Lane, Lake in the Hills, Illinois.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Pricing varies based on class location and duration.

30 minutes In Person: $40
60 minutes In Person: $75
Package of Five 30 minute Online Sessions: $105
Package of Five 30 minute In Person Sessions: $175
Package of Five 60 minute In Person Sessions: $350
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Classes not cancelled a minimum of 12 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a $20 late fee.
